and compassionate in-home services.

a little extra helping hand in managing everyday life, many people can avoid moving family

dealing with disabilities or chronic conditions, recovering from surgery or

through discussions with you and involved family members.
Next, working in conjunction with the family, we
develop an individualized program to manage your specific needs.

Getting Acquainted
We're happy to arrange for clients and family members to meet with us at our
expense, before you commit to receiving services. When we start providing
services to a new client, we like to meet with you and any other's involved with
your care to be sure that things get off to a great start.
Collaborative In-Home Care
Plans
Helping Hands In-Home Care prepares an individualized Care Plan for each client,
to cover all assigned tasks and any special circumstances. We provide a copy to
each client and/or responsible party and invite any desired revisions or
additions. This way we can meet each client's needs better.

Client Notebook
Good communication is at the heart of a successful experience with in-home care.
We provide a binder in each client's home that is updated with each visit and
lists the services provided. It includes a note section where the client, family
members and the Helping Hands In-Home Care team can communicate with each other
in writing. This is especially useful when a concerned family member needs to
exchange messages with us about special instructions, schedule changes due to
appointments, progress reports, etc. It keeps everyone up to date and on the
same page.
